Biography
Radhesh Ramamurthy is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Sudoku Construction. With more than 10 years of leadership experience in his current role, he is responsible for ensuring client success across all projects, managing strategic partner relationships, and driving the company’s end-to-end profit and loss (P&L) performance.
Prior to co-founding Sudoku Construction, Radhesh held leadership positions within a Big Four management consulting firm, where he managed P&L responsibilities and advised clients in the Financial Services (FS) sector. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in business transformation, client engagement, and strategic growth, helping organizations achieve sustainable business outcomes.
As a co-founder, Radhesh has played a pivotal role in shaping Sudoku Construction’s vision, growth strategy, and commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients. His ability to combine business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer-focused leadership has been instrumental in building long-term client and partner relationships.
Radhesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the United States. His strong technical foundation, coupled with his consulting and executive leadership experience, enables him to bring a unique perspective to solving complex business and construction challenges while driving innovation and operational success.
