Chet Patel is the Head of Construction and Co-Founder of Sudoku Construction, where he oversees the successful delivery of all construction projects from planning through completion. In his current role, he is responsible for managing on-site construction teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and delivering projects in compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements. He also plays a critical role in securing Certificates of Occupancy, ensuring clients can successfully occupy and utilize their completed facilities.
With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Chet brings extensive expertise across all major construction trades, including framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes. His comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle enables him to effectively manage complex projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, quality, and efficiency.
